Who is the Website Update & Maintenance service for?
Our Website Update & Maintenance service is ideal for websites that just need a one-off update, either to bring the site up to date or improve search engine rankings, or to install a new feature like a shopping cart or forum. This service will also suit websites that may require updating every now and then (for example 3 or 4 times a year) for websites that need regular updating, it may be a better to use our CMS package for example to update news, articles or special offers on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
How does it work?
All you need to do is decide what you want changed or added to your site, email all the details to us, and we'll do the rest. If your site ever needs updating again later on, we'll already have all the information we need to ensure a quick response.
How quickly will my website be updated?
For the initial update, most updates are completed within a few days of receipt of the content and other information we require to access your site. Larger updates take slightly longer but we do try to get updates done as quickly as possible and will usually be able to give you a more accurate idea once we know exactly what is required. If you have asked for a continued maintenance service, then most updates after the initial update are completed within 48 hours of receipt of the content (and often the same day!).
How many updates can I have?
Initially we will agree what needs to be done straight away and provide a quote for that. If you need further changes to your site later on, we'll let you know long it will take and what it will cost. If you've opted for a maintenance plan, you can have as many updates as you like. You tell us what you want done and when you want it done and we'll arrange a maintenance plan around that.
